My Vita

At the age of 18, I successfully completed my apprenticeship as a car painter in the trade and subsequently started my military service in the beautiful state of Baden-Württemberg and even extended it to a total of two years.

The training in a family business in the craft did not only make fun, but already there I could collect important experiences of interpersonal relationship.

As a soldier in the Bundeswehr, with training for the NATO Response Force, I was allowed to work, eat, train, live and peace in Europe for two years with many different characters. A time that taught me comradeship, loyalty and friendship and shaped me.

career change

After completing compulsory military service in 2007, I worked for one of the largest French corporations, ALSTOM, worked in shift and chord system.

A time that I was allowed to spend in Lower Saxony and there again above average workload daily with my former team graduated.
In 2009, I decided to change jobs in the financial services industry, as I graduated particularly well at an Assessment Center at that time and thus gained even more confidence in my abilities.

From 2009 to 2018 I have successfully one office the SIGNAL IDUNA With up to 4 employees, I specialized in business customers and completed various qualifications and further education. The Certified agency manager (DVA) and the Financial Business Administrator (IHK) have influenced me the most.
Dealing with our own employees and clients over a period of nearly 10 years has strengthened my interpersonal experience and associated social skills.

At the end of 2018, the next step came to me as director of commercial insurance for the DVAG, I have looked after and trained up to 400 financial advisors in my organization and worked out complex risk concepts for corporate clients together with financial advisors.

Leisure and vision

Since 2016 I lead my own company www.jc-spotlight.com, These are in the core areas of marketing and sales for established Companies and startups,

JC Spotlight is a marketing service and referral platform from various service providers.

We use marketing, sales and events to noticeably stage your brand, idea or company. A functioning network in the area of IT experts, photography, image film production, project management, promoters and brand ambassadors, models, hostesses and catering know how to inspire existing and new, potential customers, sponsors or cooperation partners for you and your product.

A positive product experience coupled with an emotional brand experience combined with the power of social media marketing and increased visibility on Google will increase your perception of your potential customers.

In 2018 I founded the label GERMAN TOP GIRLS. It involves the organization of FotomeetUps, influencer meetings and shooting trips.
Since 2019, a separate collection of textiles has been produced.
In addition to the events and the collection, there is a small pool of models (the German Top Girls) and influencers. With this pool, the agency currently reaches about 1.8 million subscribers on Instagram.

vision

The combination of nearly 10 years of sales, customer service and extensive knowledge of human nature has inspired me for a vision.
This is a coaching center for personality development, In addition to self-reflection, fitness and nutrition - the topics of self-marketing, rhetoric, negotiation skills, social media marketing and fundamentals in contract and tax law are treated in particular.
